The global outbreak

An unknown virus struck
Catching us humans unaware.
The global pandemic
Left us watching in despair..
Quite unforgiving to all who crossed paths
But the healthy did recover to be fair!
Though for loved ones and elderly..
The virus stirred a scare!!!
As it kept crossing borders
Sneaking through by land and air..
Its spread as quick as wildfire
Leaving little time for the learned to                                      prepare.!!!
Death toll rising,seriousness sinking in!
Lock yourselves indoors this virus won't
                          spare!
Distance maintained, hygiene practiced..
No rush or congestion.. Pollution clear!
As though mother nature had sent a                                       reminder.
Earth on timeout to repair...                 
Life on stand still for a while
To eradicate this virus not a simple affair.
May this pandemic end and life move on
I end with this sincere prayer🤲
